are they soft treats suitable for puppies, or are they hard treats ?

Dear Sir/Madam, These treats as soft. I can twist them into two for my girls. They are just air dried chicken. I keep them for "special treats" aka training. My girls are 08 & 10. I home feed & can say that when they youngest was a puppy she ate chicken with no adverse effects. Of course all dogs like humans are individual. But I would say these would be suitable for puppies. I wouldn't give an entire treat as they are largish which is something strange these days! Butu two love them especially as they are air dried chicken!

Are they rawhide free

Yes completely free of rawhide my daughters dogs love these an they are all pure

i want dog treats for a diabetic lab which ones are best

I think that is a question for a vet. Although I would avoid carbs and more protein would be better ..I would think. So anything that is all meat.
