Best mouse I've found.
This is by far, the most comfortable mouse I've ever used. I have one for my home computer, and one for my laptop computer when I travel. I enjoy the ability to use the scroll wheel on the mouse and it just fits my big hands, perfectly. Not really a Microsoft fan, I'm an Apple guy, but the mouse is great! Just wish Microsoft would continue to make the split, ergonomic keyboard. I've about worn mine out. You can't see some of the letters on the keys.

MS Sculpt Mouse is great so far
This mouse works great. I am hoping that time will prove it is a good quality item.

Do not waste your money on this unreliable horrible mouse
This is by far the worst piece of junk mouse I have ever used. It keeps dropping its connection and freezing. By this, I mean the light goes out, the pointer freezes on the screen, and you have to shut the mouse off, wait at least ten seconds, power it back on, and it will work again for anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes before it does it again. I have tried every one of my USB ports, tried every suggestion I could find to resolve the issue, but nothing fixes it. I have the latest drivers as well. Save your money, this mouse is just plain awful. I had to power off and on the mouse eight times just writing this.

Love this mouse
This is the best ergonomic mouse! I’ve tried a few others, roller balls, sticks, etc. this one is great There are different versions of it. I’m assuming higher end and lower end. I don’t know. I just bought the middle of the road price one and it does everything I need to and I have no problems. It’s very comfortable. I have had the companies I’ve worked for buy them for me for the office. I have it at my house where I bought it for myself; and where I’m working now, it’s a very small company so I bought one for myself there as well. I hope they never discontinue this shape because it is just perfect for me

Form and function but quality is a bit low
I have purchased this product a couple times now. That’s both an endorsement and a problem. The fact I’ve had to buy it several times means it doesn’t last as long as it should. But that I chose it each time I need a replacement is, I suppose, right where they want me. The clicking sensitivity diminishes in about a year, making it necessary to click multiple times for the same operation. But it is very form fitting for long hours of work.

Ergonomics are fantastic … sturdiness not so much
Great user experience … ergonomics and functionality. Sturdiness has been the issue as I have had to replace a few too many.

Love this mouse
This has been my go to mouse for over 8 years. I started having issues with my wrist and after trying multiple other types, I stumbled upon this mouse. It has been a life saver for my wrist. It is comfortable, keeps my wrist leveled, and moves easily. The mouse surface is a bit too slippery and that's why I've dropped it a few times and have had to replace it.

The ergonomics and comfort are great, but build quality is lacking
The ergonomics and comfort are great, but the mouse breaks down after a few months of use. The left click is already starting to be inconsistent. Sometimes it takes several attempts to click and sometimes it double clicks on a single click. It makes it makes work on the computer very frustrating. This is the second mouse I've purchased (I loved the look and feel, as mentioned above) and unfortunately I've had the same issue on both. I thought it was a one-off issue with the first mouse, but it seems to be a widespread issue.
