Warm n cosy
It’s a great addition to the sleeping bag which gives comfort and warmth along with peace of mind .No need to pay extra for an expensive sleeping bag when you an add another season and layer with this awsome , soft , silky and warm insulator .A little restrictive as it’s not as roomy as it says , but I do recommend this nonetheless.

This sleeping bag is honestly one of the best sleeping bags I’ve ever had it’s light weight, compact, cosy am about 6 foot 2 and it’s just a perfect on me I honestly recommend this.

does the job
I can't put a precise degree value on it, but it does provide a little extra warmth, I tend to stay inside it while I'm packing my sleeping bag away in the cold mornings. It is very easy to pack and quite small. It feels soft, I haven't tried washing it yet but it's protected my sleeping bag from needing laundering or getting mud in it. It's an unknown brand so I can't really compare price but it wasn't outrageous.
