Works better than advertised
Do a whole from frozen Butterball stuffed turkey and end up with a perfectly clean pan and a juicy turkey, browned to perfection with all the gravey juices "in the bag" .It is important to rub down the bird with a little oil and give the bag a good coating of flour before adding the bird into the bag so it doesn't stick.Also seems to cook a little faster possibly from the steam effect in the bag.
