Work well, a tad over-priced
The steel cable managers have a nice quality "heft" to them. The solid metal cover plates can be challenging to put in place, due to the strong springy metal, but feel solid when installed. The price is somewhat high, but you do get 2 cable managers, as well as the rack mounting screws and some cable ties.

Great if you don't use boots
This unit would be perfect if you create your own cables or can order ones without boots. There is not enough room in the openings to allow a cable with boot to properly bend and be able to plug in straight. It works well for getting cables to the bottom row of a switch but not the top row (pictured). However, because its kind of short depth, it also looks better. Unfortunately I already bought a batch of cables that I will have to use elsewhere and plan on running my own cables.

Eh... It's okay
I have worked in the industrial control industry, and have worked with a LOT of cable troughs. This concept is nice, but the metal is difficult to work with making the cover nearly impossible to stay on (w/o using large tie wraps to keep in place). I would either recommend utilizing more malleable plastics or using some sort of hinged cover retention.

Good value and good fit for smaller racks-cabling needs
This review for: Lancher 19 Inch 1U Cable Management Horizontal Cable Rack Mount Manager with mounting Screws for Service Rack Cabinet 24 Slot Finger Duct with Cover Good for smaller racks with a less cabling when you don't want 2.5"+ cable management extension sticking out the front (which may make some rack doors difficult to close). This did the job, fit well, and was a much better alternative than similar deeper solutions. If you have a large bundle-o-cables, trying to thread them through a shorter depth can be a bit tight (as others have mentioned). My solution was simply to bend up every other finger to allow a bit more space. Still allows firm closure on the cover and keeps everything tidy and nice looking.

Great item for the money.
It is a great cable manager for a server rack with a door. It is a little tight because of the smaller size, but that is the trade-off to ensure the door can close. I would highly recommend this to someone with a space restriction. Otherwise, a larger one might be easier to work with.

Works great with my CAT6a slimrun cables from monoprice
Works great with my CAT6a slimrun cables from monoprice. The holes from the back work great for passing cables in from behind the rack also, nice surprise. The model I purchased has the narrower depth "finger" so be careful if you have long plugs as they will be hard to bend into the fingers. The monoprice slimrun cables just barely plug into my switch then bend down into the fingers, tight fit. However, it looks cleaner since it doesn't stick out as far. This product is also made of a nice quality metal and not plastic like the ones I'm used to at work. Great value! Just be a bit careful you don't pitch your fingers when you take the cover on and off, it can bite. The included cable management Velcro strips was a nice touch.

Does what you'd expect
Solid metal construction. Can be a little tricky to get the front cover on, but flexing the fingers makes it easier. Not a problem with the design, just the nature of the tool.

Good for the Money!
These Cable Rack Manager is exactly what I needed at the price point I was hoping for. I'm very happy with my purchase and I will definitely will recommend for small deployments specially when using slimrun cables. Why 4 stars: It is very easy for the cover plate to come lose and fall. I will not recommend it with regular CAT6 cables as the cables bending pressure inside the device may force the cover plate to open and fall.
