Easy to blow up and is made of durable material. My cat has actually tried to play with it and to my surprise, it held up and didn't get any holes.

Nice exercise ball for husband's home physical therapy needs. Easy to use pump comes in handy as the ball seems to deflates over a several days. Deflates good for storage with pump.

Perfect Exercise Ball with a PUMP! A MUST HAVE!
This exercise ball is a perfect size for both me (I'm 5'1" tall) and my husband (he's 6' tall), AND the pump is a game changer! In fact, I almost bought a less expensive small exercise ball, but when I realized there was no pump included, I changed my order to this ProBody Pilates Exercise Ball. This exercise ball holds the inflation well but having the pump made the initial inflation (the ball comes flat/deflated) a breeze! I've used the pump to inflate exercise balls where I teach fitness classes, too. Love this!

Soft Exercise Pilates Ball
This Pilates Exercise Ball is great for stability. It comes with a pump. It was recommended by my physical therapist. I use it for my exercises and for the back of my head when laying on my back. It is soft.
