Our kit replicates the original with steerable wooden wheels, working suspension, and opening doors. Cast metal wheel hubs, axles, and door hinges; brass strips, rods, nails, nuts and bolts, and photo-etched brass parts add authentic detail. The driver s bench is perched at the top of the wagon and the interior is complete with seating for nine. Decal sets for both Wells Fargo and Butterfield let you choose the version you ll build. Laser-cut basswood parts, well-drawn plans, and clear instructions make assembly easy. Review: It’s a great model. - I really enjoyed building this model. As others have mentioned, it’s a fairly advanced build. I probably have between 75 and 100 hours into it. I generally build scratch built models and do not paint them. I like the look of the wood. I also changed it up a bit. I didn’t like the boot cover so I added the chest back there. (That’s where they keep the payroll to pay the soldiers, you know) I thought I was finished with this model till I wrote this review. Now I have to make a little rifle to place by the driver seat. Have to protect the payroll from robbers. Review: IT IS COMPLICATED KIT. - it was short some parts,took over two weeks to get them.a lot of hand carving the parts,and the plans are hard to follow.

Not a difficult build and the final stagecoach makes a great display in my home.
I liked everything about this stagecoach build,especially that all parts are laser cut and fit perfectly. I followed each step as listed in the manual and could verify these steps using the large schematic plan included.
