Works exactly as advertised! Great product, decent price
I was using a wireless sensor bar and thought it would be fine, it wasnt the greatest and ate batteries like crazy, in the end I bought this one, ran the wire (why are they all so thin??) and tested it, turns out its much more accurate than whatever generic wireless one I was using and it works great. I plan on using it at some point with emulation too but for now it works great connected to my Wii with the USB port!

Infrared Lights Do Not Turn On
I ordered this product to use with the Dolphin emulator on PC.As the title states, the product I received was completely defective. I tried multiple ways of plugging in the USB into a power source (USB to wall adapter, directly into a computer, even into a battery pack). I also tried plugging this sensor bar into the USB port on my Wii, and it didn't work either.Taking a photo of the sensor bar with my phone did not show the infrared lights on, unlike the OEM sensor bar for the Wii. Consequently, the product did not point my Wii remote on screen.Do not buy this product. How do you mess up something as simple as a few invisible lights?

I LOVE DOLPHIN EMU!
Works with dolphin emulator for that nice wii feel. The adhesive i had on mine isn't that great, but it does the job as a sensor. Before i'd have to turn on my wii and use extra power just to keep the sensor on, but now there's no need to do that! Most wii games i play don't require one, but whenever i hop on a classic dancing game or warioware? My handy sensor is always there!

Update: After receiving a refund I thought I should come back and change my review. I was able to fix my computer eventually though the USB port is still malfunctioning. For that reason I don't recommend plugging this into anything other than a standard USB power adapter. It works fine in that situation, but it is disappointing that I can't use it to reduce wires and visible plugs like I'd hoped. I'm not willing to try it again in my smart tv and computer to troubleshoot the problem.Thank you for the refund, it seems like other people had a fine time with theirs, so maybe I just got a bad unit for smart devices.Original review: It seems to have fried at least one USB port on my computer. A reset didn't fix it.
