Is the mini concert enough for playing a smaller venues (bars etc...) in a rock band?

This here butt kicker is designed to kick one butt at a time. This will not kick the butts of everyone in the bar. It is designed as a personal experience tool. Don't know why they say concert in there. Maybe if you installed one under each seat in the hall.

Whats the wattage of this? And could it be reccomended for in a car?

It makes a huge difference in a car.. but you dont use them in place of woofers (you still need those) if you cross them over at about 120-60hz (band pass) it will make you overall sound punchier at low volumes. and will help accentuate the subs (enhances the overhang) I created my own using a set of 8" woofers with a 2.5lb magnet Glued to the cone then mounted to the seat.. The added weight dampens the cone and produces kinetic energy instead of sound (low bass is felt rather than heard) which travels through the seat to your body. I'll eventually switch to these to get more force (newtons).

What are the connections to the unit?

The connections are your standard speaker wire connections.

How easy is it to install on a stool. The drummer in the band uses an electronic kit w/ ears and wants to feel his kick drum and the bass gtr. ?

That depends on the stool, but if there are some square inches of wood available on the bottom of the seat, yes. If the whole seat bottom is taken up with suspension hardware, not so much.
