Is it true that a single pill has only 200 IU of vitamin D3 and only 250 mg of calcium?

Hi there,

Yes that is correct. You would take 2 tablets to receive the full dose of 500 mg of Calcium and 400 IU of Vitamin D3.

Calcium itself (the individual ingredient) is a fairly large ingredient with a strong texture, which means packing 500 mg into 1 tablet would yield a very large tablet that would not dissolve at a comfortable speed. This is why we decided to make 1 tablet contain 250 mg of Calcium for a more pleasant experience.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the use of magnesium glycinate in our EZMelts products. As you know, we take great care in selecting high-quality ingredients for our supplements to ensure our customers receive the best possible product made with wholesome, clean ingredients.

While magnesium glycinate is a good chelated mineral, it contains a relatively low content of elemental magnesium. Therefore, we would need to use a very high amount to achieve the desired amount of elemental magnesium in our supplements. Doing this results in an undesirable taste and texture for our mouth-dissolving tablets. After careful consideration, our formulation team has found that magnesium oxide provides the necessary amount of stable magnesium and has a superb taste that ensures a pleasant tasting experience for our flavored fast-melting products.
