Product failure
The clip to attach the strings broke on first use rendering the product un useable. wrote to customer care for support. No response till date. After paying a huge price for a neck pillow not worth at all.

Poor packaging, broken magnetic clasp, refund delay
Very dissapointed with the damaged product I recieved in a poor packaging unexpeected when you pay about 5000 for a neck rest... also very dissapointed with the delay in return process and with no show on pick up scheduled date. Anyway I was adamant and registered proper complain and made sure they pick up or initate my money return process. My first bad experience... the cabeau product is okay but not great as I hoped. So please be careful... 🙏🏼

Just hype
It has barely any structural support to hold your neck up. It's so irritating to wear as a result. It really affects your ability to wear wireless blue tooth headphones.
