it is good stuff and catches catfish who cares what it smells like just reach in and get your hands dirty like a real fisherman i put it in the freezer the night before i go it seems to last longer and stays on the hook better

Nothing like the classic old bait that has been around longer than I have been alive.

Good catfish bait
I've rated this a one star do to the fact that I am not able to get the bait to stick to the spring hook that I am using. I have tried every type of catfish hook setup that I have. I will try one more that I have. It is not a catfish rig, it is more for carp but I will try it and see how it works out for me. If it works, I will come back and see if I can change the rating on the bait.

Only had one bite from it chicken livers or breast work better but it does draw fish to other bait well super stinky

This has been the family stink bait for generations now. If you're not catching anything while using this bait, you're either in a dead spot or have the wrong rigging. Don't forget to make sure that sponge is wet before you dip it in the bait!
