NORTHPOINT 190485 12-LED Lantern with 4-LED Flashlight & AM/FM Radio (Green)

I bought it for my dad, for his birthday! He loves it! I had bought one years ago and it still works like new. The lights are very bright and the radio gets great reception!

The Northpoint lanterns are great. My wife and I have two in our house for emergency purposes, one upstairs and one downstairs. We also have a lake house and bought two to use there as well. They are inexpensive but work extremely well. They supply ample light when needed, and the radios work better than we expected. At Christmas time, we gave one to each of our three children and their families to use for emergency purposes. I recommend them for someone looking for emergency lights at a good price.

I purchased a couple of these years ago for a much higher price and gave them away. Later I regret that I gave them away, because when our power went out, we had to burn candles. I don't care for candles because they can be unsafe. These Lanterns are very safe, the lights are very bright, the radio works nice and clear, they are very durable. Overall they are perfect for emergencies such as storms and power outages. Also good for camping or what ever your use may be. And for that price🤑❤ I had to order 4 of them for my home. I'm going to order more to give to family.

The North Point Lantern lights up as the tunes play on. A great gadget for the money. Features I like about this radio: * Cheap, Mine was $13.00, now they are $15, still a good deal. * FM reception is fantastic. * AM reception is decent for a cheap radio. * Bright main light, 12 LEDs. * Good projection light, 4 LEDs. * Long run time on three D batteries. Features that could be added or improved on: * Make it rechargeable with a solar panel. * Tuning indicator light, or power LED for the radio portion. * Stronger handle, this one is pretty weak. * Poor FM antenna location. Overall, for a cheap, budget minded radio lantern, this one does it pretty well. I would recommend this to anyone who stocks D batteries and wants a Lantern for camping trips or a power out scenario.

This is the second lantern I have bought. The first one is 10 years old, maybe more still working. This new one is a Christmas gift for my son.

This was a gift for a friend who lost power with a recent storm, the lights were exceptionally bright. The radio worked wonders and made it a more positive experience to bear with 5 days without electricity. I recommend this item for everyone.
