Works too good for me I actually feel less bloated. It has gotten more expensive but I have been using it for a few years now and it works great no issues or side effects

My wife an i really like this product. We started using this product before the pill version when it was just the ingredients mixed in a bag and you would have to scoop out the dosage and mix it in water. This version of the product is still available if you prefer to do all those steps. I prefer to just swallow the pill with water and that's it. Anyway, my wife and i were recommended this product by a Dr. because we were both having severe stomach cramps from gas. We took it for a few days and it helped to re balance our system and get everything back in order again. We both notices that this also helps regulate your bowel movements as well if you get constipated. I don't take this every day, but only when my body needs it. The pill form is so much better the the mix version in my opinion.
