This PS works perfect for charging my lifepo4 batteries.
Supper easy to use and figure out. The software is less the useless plus you don't want to install Chinese software anyway. All it does is let you put the v an i and select the output on or off from your laptop. Its small and powerful for its size and really quite. Its perfect for top balancing your batteries. And as you can see the V is right on the money. I would like to add to the engineering department will your next design give better viewing angles to the display. I have to be looking right at it to see if the display has an 7 or 1 on the top row. Thanks.

Norton does not like software
If you have Norton protecting your computer, it will see the software as a "strange" function and not allow the software to work. When trying to run, a error "datebase locked" occurs. This is because Norton has locked access to this file required to run the program. You must right click on the Norton icon in the task bar and select "View Recent History" and scroll down till you see "Data Protector blocked a suspicious action by PowerDC.exe". The select this entry and then select exclusion under "Actions". This should then allow the program to access its .db3 file. Note that if you move the program or reinstall, you will need to repeat this. Also watch Circuits by Code YouTube video on the HM305P/HM310P about changing settings and editing the XML files. Hope I save you hours of head scratching.

DIDN'T WORK !
My Unit would not hold it's programming, with no output voltage just a bunch of relays clicking on and off ... ~ russ

Works well enough
Product pictures all showed a 220v version so I was concerned that was what I would receive. Being in the US I needed a 110v version. Took a chance and did receive a 110v version. Although I had to return the first one I received because it was defective. It worked fine below 9.5v but anything above that and the voltage would drop precipitously. The replacement unit is working fine though. Have not yet tried the computer interface though.

Inexpensive but good
Easy to use; accurate to displayed precision with light load, according to my Fluke DMM. Looking forward to operating it by remote USB control - docs minimal but what is this little cd included? Haven't seen one of these in a while.

Very useful
This works great, has been a very useful addition to my bench. I use it for a variety of testing, even for charging some batteries.

Love this PSU.
The only thing that would make this better are two things, and they are - Since we have to go into the hidden menu to turn on/off the keypress beeping how about you tell us what the other settings are for in it. The second thing is that the software for the computer were more intuitive with an actual reason in being. As it is the Software is trash, but the hardware is really great, so I give it five stars since I don't care about its lousy software.

Knob function changes unexpectedly
The single adjustment knob normally controls the voltage setting. If you want to adjust the current(I), you must first press the CC button, then turning the knob adjusts current, BUT ONLY FOR 5 SECONDS! Then the knob function reverts to voltage control without any audible or haptic warning. If you are watching the device under test to adjust current limits, the power supply will silently switch modes. You start increasing the current limit, laser gets brighter, brighter, you keep turning the knob, but it stops getting brighter. Look at the power supply annoyed, press CC again and continue increasing current, not realizing your carefully chosen voltage limit has been exceeded because it switched modes in the middle of twisting the knob. Expensive equipment fried. The literally microscopic manual says nothing about this. I really did put the manual under a microscope in order to read it. Please suggest a way to update the firmware to make CC or CV mode sticky until either button is pressed, not time limited. The output timer function is appreciated and what prompted me to choose this unit over others.

Does what it says with a nice form factor.
Been looking around for a DC power supply. More often than not needing DC voltage to test things, worked up to now using simpler power supplies. Looked through different test and reviews and this along with its smaller brothers seemed to do the job with reasonably clean (amount ripple) power, at least for what I'm doing. Reason for the model with a wider footprint wasn't the features (time screen), but the wider case being more stabile and the very nice layout of buttons. It's quiet too, no fan running unless needed, not like some other PSU's. Getting a very versatile Li-Ion charger (CC/CV) being it is what it is is very nice too. Everything is where it's supposed to be. I'm very happy with it and happy to recommend it to anyone needing a DC power supply.

Amazing for hobby electronics.
Very good for hobby electronics. -Easy to use. -Good features such as presets, overcurrent and overvoltage protection, short circuit protection, CC mode. -Larger than other power supplies, but more feature packed. -Smooth haptic feedback. -Good value for money. -Dropped it a few times off my desk over the past two months and works like brand new still, very durable.
