Extremely Poor After-Sales Service – Deeply Disappointed I purchased an Orient Electric room heater with the expectation of reliable performance and dependable after-sales support. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. One of the rods in the heater stopped working, and despite repeatedly informing the company about this issue, the engineer (Mr. Satya Prakash) who contacted me today once again asked about the same problem. This shows a lack of proper record-keeping and seriousness in handling customer complaints. To make matters worse, I was told that the replacement rod is not in stock and that I would only be contacted once it becomes available. No timeline, no assurance, and no proactive solution were offered. Such a casual and indifferent attitude reflects the pathetic state of after-sales service provided by the company. Customers invest in branded products with the belief that service will be prompt and professional. Sadly, Orient Electric has failed to meet even the basic expectations. I am compelled to share this review so that prospective buyers are aware of the ground reality before making a purchase decision. Verdict: Good products are meaningless without proper service. If after-sales support is important to you, I strongly advise reconsidering before buying Orient Electric appliances.
