Everyone who spends time fixing engines will find this Permatex compound helpful. I use it during motorcycle repairs, and it makes the valve seat work much easier. The 3 oz size is perfect for quick jobs and doesn’t clutter the workspace. It’s a straightforward, reliable product that does the job without any complications.

Worked well on my Subaru valves. There is enough in the tube to last me the rest of my life.

I grabbed this for my old Civic because my roommate’s brother was helping us clean up the valves in the dorm parking lot. The paste is thick and gritty and it actually cuts pretty fast, so we got decent contact patterns without any fancy tools, just a cheap suction stick and way too much coffee. packaging was a little annoying though, the tube is pretty small and once your hands get oily it’s hard to squeeze out the last bit. Also wish the cap had a better seal, I’m kinda worried it’ll dry out before i finish the job. But for a weekend driveway tune‑up, it did its job.
