Great shoulder strengthening tool
I was recommended clubs to use to strengthen my shoulders. These are light enough to use for someone with damaged shoulders. I was impressed with the quality of this product as was my trainer who has more expensive clubs. He was quite pleased with the quality I got for the money I paid. Now hopefully I can get my shoulders back to working again.

O Clubbell favorece o desenvolvimento de braços, ombros, costas e peitoral, mas seu uso é particularmente profícuo para exercer a torção dos músculos abdominais. Os exercícios que faço com eles envolvem todo o corpo e desenvolvem glúteos, isquiotibiais, quadríceps e panturrilhas graças ao impulso das pernas. Nice as a light set of indian clubs. They seem pretty durable, I've used them for a while, and dropped them a couple times with no issues. I'd recommend them.
