approximately how many sticks per bag?

My stock has all been sent in to Amazon and I did not make a count. However, there are 3 ounces of sticks and each stick weighs almost nothing. I am guessing that there are 10 to 12 sticks to a bag. If you enlarge the picture on the listing, you can sort of count the sticks.

Can you use these to make tea or bake with?

Yes. It said they were edible. I used them in drinks and heated with cider.
