Do these needles have the eye facing front to back so to thread the needle the thread goes from front to back and not side to side?

Yes, they thread front to back. The top of the needle is flat on the back side and faces toward the back, away from you.

Why is the description different from the picture?

Not sure what you are asking - you get 25 needles of two sizes which come packaged as shown in the picture. These are good quality needles.

The picture is of 130/75 and in the top description, it lists 3 different size needles. In the more detailed description, it says 2 sizes of needles?

To my knowledge there are only two sizes, as pictured. 130/705 refers to a needle with a flat shank. The “H” refers to a German word, Hohlkehle, that translates to scarf. 130/705 H is a flat shank needle with a scarf (indentation). All brands of home sewing machines use system 130/705 H – Baby Lock, Bernina, Brother, Elna, Husqvarna Viking, Janome, Juki, Pfaff, White and more. This style needle is best for rayon or light weight threads for embroidery.

Will these fit a singer superb em200?

Not sure but they fit Babylock and Brother.
