Bariatric Choice All-in-One Chewable Bariatric MultiVitamin with Iron & Calcium Citrate, Very Berry (120ct)

These are hockey puck sized, and taste like chalk, but you aren't eating them for the flavor.

These are great for the value and you only have to take them once a day. I will have to update once I go and get my blood work done. The taste wasn’t the best at first, but it does taste better than a lot of gummies and chewables out there. Some I can really taste the vitamins in but so far it’s been a month & my hair is also following out a lot less, and the only difference is me taking my vitamins! I would definitely buy these again. My sister also tried it (not a WLS patient) and she said it tastes like a sour candy, so I trust her judgement more since my tastebuds are more sensitive after the surgery.

I have these on subscription, they are chalky but, I get all I need in 4 tabs without having to take a bunch of separate medication. The taste is ok as well but, it is best to take with food so it don't hurt my stomach.

I like they are wafer size for tasting and really help to get all the important vitamins Cons: alot are broken even tho they seem to be packed with alot of cotton .

The vitamins are too high in sugar so they’ll throw you out of ketosis. I can’t recommend them. Bariatric vitamins should not contain sugar. I like that they are chewable making them easy to swallow. It’s a bit of a waste of money due to the sugar content and the need to consume 4 in a given day for the proper values. I hesitate to take more than one in any given day, but I rarely consume any most days. I’d be better off with sugar-free Flintstones vitamins. These are huge with 2 carbs each. 8 carbs a day for a multi-vitamin when you’re supposed to be under 20 a day, doesn’t leave much room when it comes to carbs for actual nutrient dense foods. Post surgery we don’t always uptake many of the vitamins in some foods because of the actual procedure we’ve had, which can pose a problem and make us vitamin deficient and even lead to low iron anemia. I suggest skipping this brand altogether and looking for something else.

I took these to my nutritionist prior to my surgery to have her check them out. She read the label and said that this vitamin has everything I need in it. The months leading up to my surgery I priced lots of vitamins. This is the only one that I found that was truly an all in one and the price is great. The only thing she said is that at my next check up they want to make sure that the iron and calcium are being absorbed property. The manufacturer says that they have designed these so that both iron and calcium can be absorbed I'll find out at my next appointment and will update my review if there is an issue. They taste ok not to chalky. But honestly the price is what I'm most happy about.
