This is not a cheap product, but it got rid of the pain. I used to take the turmeric with the pepper in the liquid form, and this puts that product to shame.

I don't write reviews often, but this has been a game changer for me. I play tennis and like to stay active, but knee, back and ankle joints were always sore. I was getting scare, I'm in my 40s and after a long game, I would feel pretty crappy, my back would be shot, I was thinking if in my 40s I feel this way, what will happen 5 or worse 10 years from now. You should find a way to get healthy, without that you're done honestly. The power of feeling good and positive are key to any decent form of living. Amazing product! I barely take any anti inflammatory medicine anymore!

Product is kinda pricy, and I have not yet experienced much knee pain relief after about 6 weeks of taking it (2 capsules per day, spread out morning/night). That said, this is the form of curcumin (Meriva) that the scientific studies are based on. And this product is 3rd party tested (NSF), so at least I know I am getting what I pay for. I understand it may take several months for full effect to set in. So I will keep on taking it for a few more months to see.

Good quality supplement.

I love this turmeric. I was told that it could replace ibuprofen for pain and that is what happened to me. Since I have stomach issues where I have to be careful not to take too much ibuprofen, this is a God send for me.

It seems to help my aching joints.

It’s good stuff but I could only afford it once . It was close to $100.00 for a month’s supply . If it goes on special I would buy it again.
