I wanted to review this fascia roller to show how it works for someone with impaired vascular function. I have poor circulation due to immune-mediated neuropathy with dysautonomia. In the attached image, you can see that using this roller immediately reduced my persistent livedo reticularis (the bluish-purple, net-like vascular pattern caused by uneven blood flow). This shows that it can help mobilize sluggish microcirculation, and with regular use, it may lead to meaningful improvements in circulation and lymphatic drainage. Beyond its effectiveness, the roller is beautifully designed, sturdy, and easy to use. Its size makes it practical for treating larger areas of the body. I’m very pleased with both the function and the build quality.

This massager is the business. Its effectiveness is powerful. I feel that it is a good value for the money. The wheels on it work well and It absolutely good for pain relief and it is built well and durable. If you ever need to do lymphatic drainage or just a massage to ease tight muscles or tennis, this is definitely a go to and you can use it almost anywhere on your body. I’ve used it on my neck on my shoulders on my back on my stomach, on my sides, on my arms on my lower back and its effectiveness is a 10!

I replaced this with the one I had. The wheels stay in place and the knobs on the roller feels so relaxing. I use it on my cellulite on my thighs and it works great.

Great quality wood. It rolls and stops so you can either roll it or drag it on the areas you need. It's a little bigger than a rolling pin. Great value. The massage is wonderful. The only way you would bruise is if you have sensitive skin and apply too much pressure. Would highly recommend!

Works great in rolling out any excess fluid after recent liposuction. Not your grandmas rolling pin. I also use the handles to tap on lymphatic pressure points and push any fluid from the base of my feet, and ankles and work up my legs, n what a game changer. This tool has saved me after a recent liposuction and would highly recommend, I gave the 2nd on to my sister as a gift n she also loves it.

I'm super happy with the Deston Manual Massager Wooden Handheld Roller! The massager stick is excellent for working out any knots or soreness you have. It is easy to use independently or for someone else to use. The wood it is made with is nice quality and the construction is solid.
