I am in my early 30s and have always had occasional acne flare-ups. I wasn't having any luck with salicylic acid products, and do not like prescriptions because they are too drying. I decided to give this the Panoyxl face wash a try due to a recent (bad) acne flare-up. After about 4 days of use (one time per day), my face was looking much less red and and the painful pimples were reduced. I wasn't sure whether it was a normal clearing or the result of the panoxyl, however, due to the fact that my acne comes and goes periodically anyway. I have to say though after about a month of using it, my face seems a lot smoother and the redness is gone. If I do get a pimple at all anymore, it goes away after two days. My skin really seems to be clearing up, and I hope it will improve even more over time. It's not completely clear yet but is definitely improving. One caveat is I tried using it twice per day during one week and it caused A LOT of dryness. I stopped and began using it only at night, and the dryness disappeared. You will need to ease into using it more frequently or else you may experience flakiness and extreme dryness. The only other 'con' I can think of is that it will bleach your fabrics. A pajama shirt that I wear at night is now ruined with bleach stains because I apparently splash or drip when washing my face. You could just use it in the shower and avoid this (or else do not wear a shirt when washing your face). Make sure you rinse well before patting dry, or else your towels will get bleach stains.

I have struggle with acne on my back and now arms and chest my WHOLE LIFE. For my face I prefer using a different product anyways. I do not have to take a harmful pill to combat this acne. This product was quick because by the second used I could see the irritations start to come down. I also prefer nice scents and this product has none but, I figure that out. After using the product I would step out of the shower and used some really nice scented oils on the skin.. and leave them on. Where was this product my whole life?? Now do not was with water that is too warm it will irritate some areas and over dry it generating dry skin. So just warm water is fine.

I needed this for upcoming shoulder surgery and the doctor wants the pores on my skin as clean as possible to avoid any infection. This product is very easy to use. A little goes a long way. I put about a quarter size amount in my palm, and it spread over my shoulder, upper arm, neck and upper back. You get three large tubes which makes it economical. The only thing I don't like is the scent. It didn't stay on my skin, though.

Peeled out the seal and half a tube came out. Like many earlier buyers who posted their feedbacks here, I too find the new formula too runny. I’ve been using this stuff for years and just bought 6 tubes hoping it would last me a year, now I’m dumping this into the trash so it now has only lasted me for a day (literally). I regret not reading up before my purchase! Will be trying something else. Edit: Ran through 6 tubes of this and I’m starting to like it. Seems to be effective, at least for oily skin, and prevents outbreaks. The new formula is runnier but at least you don’t have to flatten the tube or add water to eke out the last drop.

godsend product recommended to me by my dermatologist. I used to have very problematic skin-- I would break out on my t zone and cheeks every month around that time of the month. It was terrible because I would always be in a state of skin issue-- either i would be breaking out, or have hyperpigmentation because of the acne I had that I picked at. After using this product in conjunction with aczone -- I no longer breakout. People complement me on my skin all the time and I couldn't be happier. I can't guarantee that this product will work for you-- everyone's skin is different. All I know is that it has worked for me.
