I'm using this for a decoration, so it's fine for me. It is definitely on the small side. I am avg.-to small & it fits me more like a bellhop's cap or a pillbox hat. Would not fit a man.

I bought this hat for shooting COVID inmate dance. 25 of us in our dance community. The hat stayed put while dancing. Although my friend gave me hairpins just in case, I think the hat would stay on my head without those pins. And the price was good .... I didn't want to pay much for this because this was one-time use. Other dancers seem to have paid $10 for a similar hat, but mine was a little cheaper than that. Looked the same. Timely delivery.

The material is almost the same as the disposable gowns at the hospital. It fit my kids and my head so it was fun to play with.
