Yes the terminals are threaded. And it comes with screws and washers. It also comes with spacers if you need to side mount the cables.

Dimensions: L = 6 5/8, W = 5 3/16, H = 6 7/8. Weight = 22.5 lbs.

Will it fit 2016 ultra limited?

Not sure, it does fit 07 Road Glide for sure.

what is the actual CCA?

When my battery arrived today, it tested at 1,200 CCAs under load. I've never had a battery test this high (not even in my car or truck).
