No , the leave-in foam does not contain minoxidil.

Why does it show 3 items, but only ship one?

Good question. I also assumed I'd receive 3 of the Leave-in-Daily item.

Are there any reviews for the leave in foam? All the reviews seem to be for the shampoo and conditioner.

I use the foam 2x daily. It WORKS! When using it, my hair seems to look like I just washed it. Lot's of new hair growth! I only wash my hair once a week now. I used to wash it daily just to fluff it up.
