I had a vegetable chopper I loved (for years) but one of the blades broke on the chop I used most often so I got this as a replacement. It works really well. You get a uniform professional chop, faster than I could cut things up myself, and the fact that they are the same size means they will all cook at the same rate (yeah!). It really helps make a soup, etc... look a lot more conventionally store made. Truthfully I really only use the one pattern so far too chop with, and probably will most. With the tool that comes with it to comb the chopper part that works well. The bottom piece took some finagling with it to find out how the two pieces will come apart for easer cleaning. And I still have to fiddle with it a lot to get them apart. They do come apart, although I saw no instructions that told me that.

I really like this product. It has amazing sharp blades which gets your chopping done very quickly and cleanly. It is easy to operate! I learned the hard way just how sharp those blades are. I did cut my thumb and I thought I was using caution. So I suggest you use extra caution. Those blades are sharp for a reason. Good product.

Great for chopped salads but it’s super hard to clean.

We use this chopped so much. Cuts ur chopping time in half. Blades are good and easy to apply pressure for the chop. A little annoying to clean at times but overall works great.

Husband loves using this chopper. He had had one for 15 years and was upset when it stopped working. Great for potatoes, carrots, and almost all vegetables. Great investment for the price.

Got this on March 16th so I have been using for about 6 weeks. Bought this to dice veggies for my Boxer dog since she has a kidney issue and can only have limited protein. This bent from chopping cauliflower. I have to push the bent part back in place every time I use it. It was nice while it worked.

Ok, so anyone raising a 15 month old knows the pain of chopping their food tiny. My son was intubated at birth, which left a little scar tissue behind, making his possibility of choking a little more likely, so we have to be extra careful. My life has been consumed chopping his food tiny. After I ended up with an unexpected Amazon credit I finally took the plunge and decided to try this. I was a bit nervous it would get all gummed up since a lot of his foods are softer foods, like pasta or cooked veggies. I started with ravioli and it was so easy. What was a 15-20 minute process took me less than 2 minutes. And the cleanup? I soaked it for a minute and pulled it out to wash. Everything just came out quickly and easily while running it under water. Cleanup time was less than 3 minutes total. So basically in less than 5 minutes his food was chopped tiny and everything was cleaned! I just can't describe how happy I am with this. If you have a toddler, this is a must buy.

Works great but really hard to put in the blades, remove and empty the contents??

Took this out of the box, tried to cut a tomato which squished it beyond recognition. Tried an onion which got stuck in the blades and half pulverized it. Blades aren't sharp at all and can't get any torque on it since it closes at a hinge rather than up and down. This wouldn't last 30 seconds in a professional kitchen and for the at home cook maybe 2x as long tops. Don't waste your money or your time looking at this godawful disaster. If I could rate negative stars I would. I'll probably get my money's worth by taking it out back behind the restaurant and taking out my pent up rage after a rough dinner service on this thing a la "office space"
