Works really well for support and pain relief. The tape stays on through workouts and showers if applied properly, and it feels durable. Easy to cut and apply, though make sure skin is clean and dry for best adhesion. Definitely helps with sore muscles and joints.

Before use look up YouTube videos on how to prep and apply. If you don’t prep properly the tape won’t work properly. DONT touch the sticky part of the tape when applying it can make the tape less sticky. Don’t forget to rub the tape after applying. I think the main reason a lot of these reviews are negative is because they don’t prep and they don’t wait at least 3-5 days to remove it. This tape is meant to last a week. Fraying wasn’t really a problem for me. I had to experiment with keeping it on in the shower. The first thing I did to keep in on is I didn’t touch the tape. When I got out I took my towel and pat dried the tape until it was completely dry. That worked. Here’s what didn’t work it didn’t work when I touched it in the shower. If you do all the things mentioned above your tape will definitely stick. If you rub your tape more the more it’ll stick. Hopefully after reading this it will work for you.

I recently started using this kinesiology tape for my knee during workouts, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. The support it provides is noticeable without feeling restrictive, which is exactly what I needed for training at the gym. It helps stabilize my knee during movements like squats and lunges, while still allowing full range of motion. The adhesive is excellent , it stays in place even through intense workouts and sweat, yet it’s still comfortable on the skin and doesn’t cause irritation .

Often after scrubbing w a brush, shaving the area i still have adhesion problems on skin or on a second tape strip. This is my favorite tape inspite of the adhesion problems. Also it only lasts me at 24hrs when it does adhere like i want it too.

This is the only tape I use for my knee. It stays put and doesn’t peel off easily. It’s very durable and strong adhesive. Although it’s pricey, it’s well worth it because you don’t need as much. I like the tan color more than the black, as the black sometimes shows through pants because of the o bright orange accents.

Works great, very sticky!

I started using KT tape for my plantar fasciitis, and it truly made a difference. I was honestly skeptical at first when a friend recommended it, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. After using it, I noticed my foot pain started to improve much faster than I expected. It provided support without feeling restrictive, and I could still move comfortably throughout the day. Definitely worth trying if you’re dealing with foot pain.

Pros: it works! Cons: not at all waterproof I’m giving it 5 stars because it works. I have had plantar fasciitis in my left foot for 2+ years now. I have done everything I can think of to help it. Insoles, shoes, sleeping in a boot, other wraps and contraptions, ice, heat, stretches. You name it Ive done it. I’ve finally given up on trying to help it and quit looking for stuff for a year. Then, This tape randomly came across my FB and I decided to read the comments. I seen the raving reviews but was skeptical because every other thing I’ve purchased had just as good of reviews. I figured what’s another 15$ down the hole at this point. After the first initial taping it was miraculously better. I don’t know what sorcery this is but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! My pain is gone! I’ve had it a week and I haven’t stopped taping myself yet. I want to use it for a while in hopes it might correct the issue. The only downfall is that it is NOT waterproof or water resistant. I have to shower everyday, and the second I step in the shower it slides right off. That does make for easy peeling if you are ready for it to be off, because when it’s dry it sticks so well. It’s not great when you are wanting it on for a few days to not have to buy so much. I’ve done the prep- shaving, exfoliating, making sure the area is clean, even cleaned area with alcohol. Then once on I rub it real good. As long as I keep it’s dry It stays on perfectly fine for a few days. Some parts still stick okay when wet, but not enough to be able to salvage it and wear another day. I’ve tried wrapping my foot up to keep it dry but water still manages to get in and ultimately ruins the wrap. I won’t reduce the stars just for the fact it is the only thing on this planet to help so far. I don’t know how long I can afford to keep using 2-3 pieces a day though.

たまにいつやったのかわからない捻挫をしてしまって、 それでも日課の室内トレーニングをしたくて、 本製品に助けられました。 軽い捻挫だったのですが、 室内トレーニング休むとパフォーマンスレベルを取り戻すのに時間がかかるため、 どうしても休みたくなく、利用しました。 身体に無理な動きを強いず自然な動きをサポートすべく、 ネットで貼り方を見ながらやりました。 ノリが強くて剥がすのに難儀しましたが、 トレーニングで汗をかいても問題なく、結果的に大いに助けられました。 あえて言うなら、剥がした後のノリが残るのが面倒くらいですかね。

Funciono bien para lo que lo estoy usando

llegué a probar otras que se despegaban facil despues de uno o dos dias pero este ni con la fricción de la ropa ni con el ejercicio todos los dias se despega, dura más de 5 dias facil , tampoco se despega al bañarse, lo unico a tomar en cuenta diria yo es que tarda un poco en secarse despues de bañarse pero nada molesto. el pegamento es fuerte y duradero si lo recomiendo. da soporte al area donde se coloca

I have been using this tape for a chronic knee injury as instructed by a physiotherapist. The tape works great, lasts about 3-5 days. I prefer the PRO over the regular for lasting longer and I do find the KT brand is better than no name brand tape for lasting, so worth the extra money.
