I have rcx 3.5, by my measurements being 25 in the front and 24 in the back, this will give 1 inch lift to level truly?

If you have the factory 1 inch block in the back then this 2 inch block with give 1 inch of lift when you remove the factory block. BUT check to confirm which factory block you have. Some trucks come with a factory 2 INCH block so this replacement would not add any lift.

Will this fit 2010 chevy 1500 van?

It will fit any vehicle that came from the factory with blocks

I have a 6.5" lift on my 2014 Sierra. I do not want to do the add-a-leaf so I am thinking about stacking a 1" block on top of the lift's 5" this fit?

Never stack blockes. The u bolts are already very long with the lift block. When the lift gets to large you have to take into account driveshaft angles and drive length on full drop. Your drive shaft can be to short and will pull out of the t case
