Mein Geschmack war das nicht: zu zäh und zu salzig. Sehr gerne esse ich Prociutto rustico oder Prosciutto di Parma. Beide kaufe ich regelmäßig in unserem Italienischen Lebensmittelgeschäft. Diesen Schinken werde ich nicht mehr kaufen.
