Must have for Japanese maples
I’ve bought this multiple times and my Japanese Maples are looking great! Brought one plant back to life and I even use these on my smaller plants. Not directly but close and the soil does great.

GREAT! Organic Japanese Maple Fertilizer - The BEST!
ABSOLUTELY the best food for my 2 red maples (in very large containers; not in the ground). Live in the High Desert in New Mexico, but they flourish in the shade with this food. My garden center, that I patronize (sometimes too often - LOL), swears by all the Fox Farm Happy Frog fertilizers, but they were out of it. EASY to apply - Place dry mixture (great organic aroma) and water-in well 1x per month. Good price for 100% organic fertilizer.

My trees are doing good so far…
Looks like my Japanese maple trees are happy this season (spring 2026) after fertilizing last year. Hope to see more leaf growth!

It Works!
I gave my 20 year old Japanese Waterfall tree a “radical haircut” this past fall. I thought I had killed it. I put Happy Frog around it 1 week ago and LOOK 👀 at it now!
