Easy to use
Like most Klein products, easy to use, good functionality. I chose this one for the storage case. Fits well in my hand. Using it to identify which outlets go to which breakers. Easy to read, features I was looking for. Excellent for DIY beginners

Really great, poor case
I bought these to help diagnose an outlet which i am having issues with. Once the batteries were installed, i tested out the outlet tester on a good one and it worked right away (told me the voltage and it was wired properly). Plugging into the bad one showed me no power. I switched to the non-contact tester and this was just as easy to use. I removed the outlet and was able to test the wires and outlet connections and was able to determine i have no power going to the outlet all, which means i likely have bigger issue. All this took me 5 min and i think i spent more time removing/re-installing the outlet than verifying the voltage/installation. Overall, very helpful and a nice addition to my tools. My one issue is the carrying case. It is far too small. The devices are basically banging against each other. For the amount of money they are charging, i would expect Klein to create a slight larger case so these can sit next to each other within the case vice on top of each other.
