I ordered this pc, and it came pretty fast, filled with safety wrapping, so nothing was damaged, it launched perfectly and works fine. If you find one for a decent price, highly recommend!

Dead on Arrival
I installed the CyberPowerPC when it arrived. The graphic card did not work. CyberPower tech support agreed. They requested that we do a card swap. I am now awaiting the new replacement card. In addition, with the lack of operating instructions, this PC is not for the novice

great gaming pc, check below after 3 months!!!!
i have a monitor for 165 fps and it never went down UPDATE after 3 months!!!! This is the worst support I got from CyberpowerPC and Amazon. I bought this product because it is ship and sold by Amazon. After 3 months screen is going to blank randomly and noone can reach CyberPowerPC using phone or email. Who will help me to solve this issue? I am a computer engineer and I am quite sure it is a hardware problem. I want my warranty and technical support.

No Go
Sorry I have to do this but this pc was just a mess. Not only did the glass on the pc come cracked but the 3070 that came with this system was also faulty. I ended up needing a whole new pc and that’s what I decided to do, return it.

Overall, happy with the computer
Wondering what people are able to overclock this rig too? I’ve gotten it mostly stable to 5.0 gig, but just looking for some tricks and tweaks.

Good System so far
Arrived on time. Keyboard and mouse were missing. They responded back very quickly and stated that they would send replacements out.
