I bought two phones One of the phones the soft key does not work when the phone turned on in order to initialize the factory, reset button won’t load so there’s no way to reset the phone. I am familiar with this phone. I have several of them and know how to reset password as well as provision. The phones have not be tested which is obvious because the default password does not work. But you should still be able to do a default reset after typing the MAC address seven different times, I realize that there’s something wrong with the phone. One of the phones did not work at all, and the other one would not initialized default reset how can you say these phones were refurbished? They are completely untested

I cannot get this phone to go back to factory setting... I need to hook up to my ring central account

The phone works great with Nextiva. However, I ordered three of these and was about to order more before the speaker blew for no apparent reason. I restored the settings to factory settings and troubleshot everything under the sun with Nextiva support for several hours, but there is no external volume, speakerphone, ringer, etc. The handheld phone attachments work without a ringer in our office - it is NOT practicable or efficient in the long term. One of my other phones of the same model was right out of the box with the speaker not working, but I did not open the box or provision it to test it until about 40 days after I received it, so I am SOL on a warranty or refund, apparently.

Unit arrived repackaged. It also was labeled for RingCentral which is neither mentioned in the description or in the image representing the product.

Fortunately, I'll be using this phone with Zoom as well so Zoom has a process (just submit a pic with the Mac address of the phone) to re-assign this phone to your tenant. However, this would be an issue if are using another provider. These phones should be checked to make sure they are not provisioned and fullly reset.On the plus side phone was completely clean and can't even tell they are re-purposed.

These new telephones are branded with “Ring Central”. This is not disclosed in the description or on the photo in the listing. I contacted the seller through the Amazon App and was never replied to.

The phone arrived in a cheap flimsy cardboard box. The phone looked new, but the power supply was missing and the phone can't be operated without one. Fortunately, I had the working power supply from my old Polycom phone so I plugged it in. The phone is dead. No paperwork was shipped with the phone so no way to contact the seller for a return and refund. VERY bad experience.

Very disapointing. The phone was dead on arrival with the power supply. The power supply works but the phone does not. After the phone provisioned sound levels in the handset were way too low to be heard. No documentation was included in with the phone. It looks new but I suspect it is refurbished.

It’s ok, not sure why there is such a substantial price increase from the 250 tho, got this b/c some users at our business wanted the bigger screen. Pretty high quality phone. Works well, a bit too expensive tho. And has more features then you’ll ever use most likely.
