I bought this for a hiking trip with my husband. We both like it so far as we’ve only tested it out so far. It seemingly holds the water just fine and it for sure fits in our backpacks. The pouch and straw are easy to clean. Don’t listen to the reviews that say the arm can’t fit unless you’re child size. Me and my husband are both in our 30s and not scrawny and both of us could fit our arms to the bottom on the 3L pouch. The only thing that I can kinda complain about is that the instructions say to dry everything inside and out thoroughly before stowing and it’s easy to dry the pouch inside and out but not so much the straw/tube unless I’m missing something. I just hung it up to air dry over night and it was still wet inside 15 hours later.

Great product for a reasonable price. Like the wide-mouth, leak resistant fill plug which makes cleanup easy, 2 liter is more than enough for my situation, built of durable materials, and appreciate the BPA free design. Have an old reservoir from a pack that I could never get the smell and taste out of, but this one is odor free, and doesn't leave any unwanted taste in the water. The helpful bottle brush is an added bonus. The mouthpiece is easy to use. Would buy again if needed more, but two is perfect for my needs.

Works great for hiking and biking. The 2L size fits perfectly in my 5.11 backpack, and the water flow is smooth with no leaks. The wide opening makes it easy to fill and clean. Durable material feels like it’ll last a long time. Great value for the price.

These do not fit the U.S army carrier. since I wasn’t.t worried about passing pre combat checks it was a quick fix. Your PSG may not like how it looks, but it works.

This does the same job as some of the branded higher priced ones. So far, there are no leaks and i am very happy/satisfied with the product. One of the questions asked was - Easy to clean. All hydration packs (reservoir) are hard to clean. I normally soak them in boiling water on a weekly basis to clean them. This pack did come with a cleaning brush thing - which comes handy to clean the tube. Value to money - you can't find a better deal. These work great and I highly recommend it.

Just as good as any of the branded versions out there

These are perfect for day hiking. Recommend filling it up and then leaving it in the fridge overnight. If you can sidenote don’t freeze it because the water will freeze in the tube.

Overall, I am disappointed in the features of this bladder and will look for something better. 1. The product listing suggested the opening is 3.54", which would be about the same as the Camelback bladder I am replacing, but it measures right around 3. It's deceiving showing a picture of someone putting an arm in the opening, because that would require a child-sized hand and arm. The smaller than anticipated opening will make it difficult to clean. 2. The bite valve is truly what will render the bladder unusable for me. In order to get water, I have to continue to hold the hose and pull away from my mouth while biting. The point of a bite valve is for it to operate hands-free. The listing also indicates a "high flow rate", but I feel I can't easily get as much water as I can with my other bladders. 3. I wanted to see if I could swap out the bite valve with one I prefer, but it's impossible to pull the bite valve out of the hose (may have to try pliers and a vice grip, but that will probably break the valve). The hose seems a bit larger, so I doubt the better name-brand bite valves will fit, but I hoped to try. 4. The handle on the top of the opening might appear logical, but it's actually easier to fill the bladder from a faucet holding a handle that is below the opening. On the positive side, these bladders are budget friendly and did not leak or drip. If you want something inexpensive and don't care about the downsides noted, then go for it, but I use mine frequently and don't want to compromise.
