Alpha EAA (Dragon Fruit) - All-Day Recovery, Focus, and Hydration Supplement

This is my go to after workout drink. I like it cold, but I shake it up in room temperature water and after it dissolves I shake it again with a bunch of ice cubes. I like that you can drink it and it doesn't make you thirsty like sugary drinks do. The dragon fruit candy is the best flavor I have ever had in a supplement drink. It definitely rehydrates me and keeps recovery time to a minimum. I can't recommend it enough!

Day two of taking this so this is not a review of the efficacy. But I wanted to comment on the flavor and mix ability. I was pleasantly surprised at the taste. I mixed it with a full 32oz because I wanted it to last a while, it mixed great with cold water and the flavor is amazing. Not overly sweet and no artificial aftertaste.

So note that the image is a bit more vibrant in the picture, but in person it was more of a faded lighter pink. So, I recommend using a shaker bottle or a whisk for sure.. after mixing, it might look clumpy at the top but just a light swishing around take that away and this is pretty much what you’re left with. But there was nothing settled at the bottom and then there’s absolutely no grit while drinking. The flavor is honestly 10/10. I got the dragon fruit candy and it’s so on point. They somehow managed to make it taste almost like you but into the ripest fresh dragon fruit. Can’t wait to see how I feel on this. Using it right now to get me out of a slump and into a routine where I’m working out and walking regularly. But I will definitely repurchase. All the ingredients check out for me too and I’m super picky about that.

Flavor is good. It seems to be a good product. I don’t notice any huge muscle pumps, but this is a good addition to my supplement routine. It also does not have caffeine, which is good when you want to avoid caffeine.
