These coated metal obelisks are sturdy, solid, and look nice when assembled. The screw head works with a Philip's. I feared I needed a special star screw bit, which I didn't have. I think ( but don't know) that the screw head was made to be universal to allow for various hand tools. But you can thread the nuts and bolts on by hand, and then tighten down (when fully assembled) with a screw driver. I'm in my late 70's and had no problem assembling these by myself. I've ordered 4 and will likely order more. My entire small backyard is a vertical garden. I trellis everything. These work in my big pots. I like that they are 6 feet tall--not quite tall enough for my Cherokee Purple tomatoes, but great for other plants. I'm trying for the first time to grow watermelon in a pot with this obelisk.

I bought 4 of this trellis two years ago and have been very happy with it. The quality is solid and well-made — they are durable and have held up nicely through the seasons with no signs of rust or wear. I love the color and vertical display that really enhances my garden. They also look attractive in the garden even in Winter.

It's nice enough. Easy to put together. Sturdy and looks good. If you are looking for a trellis type that is 17" wide as this one states it is, keep looking. This is NOT 17", closer to 12"

Good size, sturdy, a little annoying to put together. I had to redo it a couple times you gotta do it in the right order, but it’s holding up very well so it’s worth the hassle.

I'm really happy with this item. It looks beautiful in the garden and was easy to assemble.

I’ve ordered two of these so far. The first one rusted in some areas with rain within the first week and I had to have the second replaced because it came heavily chipped and opened. Although the replacement came with chips as well, these obelisks are so beautiful that I’m willing to touch up the rusted areas and make it work. Just wish they came with a more durable coating so I don’t have to put in the extra work.

Makes up a nice sturdy structure once assembled and tightened up. My only minor complaint is that one or two of the nuts will not thread onto the supplied bolts per kit. Luckily, they supplied and extra nut and bolt. I have assembled three of these. The first had no issues. The second had two bad nuts that would not thread. I used the extra from the first kit to complete the job on the second. The third kit had only one bad nut so the supplied extra allowed me to complete the assembly. If the second had been the only one I'd purchased, a trip to the hardware store would have been needed to replace a bad nut.
