Seraph of the End, 2 (novel): Guren Ichinose: Catastrophe at Sixteen

I got into this series after reading the Manga set in the same world but in the future. These novels tell the background story of some of the main characters and give you a better idea how the world went from we know into the final messed up state it's in in the future.

I've been investing my time in the televised series and have come to love the book adaptations. Is it better than the Japanese wording? I don't know. I can't read Japanese, but any fan of the series will love and appreciate these prequels.

Many good moments. Can feel the anime imagination running in my mind during the bromance and romance parts of the story.

This book will blow you away. I couldn't put it down, can't wait til the next one comes out.

One of my favorite books ever!

Best light novel series I have ever read.

me llego un poco maltratado y estaba supuesto a ser un libro nuevo. el libro tiene arrugas de como si le hubieran puedo al pesado arriba. The book arrived all mistreated, it was supposed to be NEW. The book arrived with wrinkles in the front cover like if someone put something heavy on top of it. WTF thanks for nothing

Be warned for sexual violence threatened against almost every female character, including an eight-year-old. The book could have greatly benefited from excluding some of these scenes (especially the one with eight-year-old Shinoa...).

Increíble portada con imagenes a color al principio que complementan muy bien conforme vas leyendo. Takaya Kagami tiene este talento de en verdad mostrar de manera tan humana y humilde a los personajes, en verdad te muestra aspectos de ellos (Guren y Shinya sobre todo) que el anime carece. No duden en compralo.

Très satisfait de cet opus, on reprend sur l'ambiance du premier opus, qui continue de s'intensifier en vous plongeant davantage de l'univers! Je pourrai vous renvoyer à mes commentaires sur le premier opus et le troisième, dans tous les cas, n'hésitez pas, commandez directement les trois, et bonne lecture! :)

Ich muss sagen dass ich das Prequel der Serie Seraph of the End wirklich toll finde. Man erfährt mehr über die einzelnen Hintergründe der Charaktere und wie es damals vor der Katastrophe war, auch wenn es für den einen oder anderen so etwas wie ein Spoiler sein könnte, wenn man den Anime/den Manga noch nicht gesehen oder gelesen hat. Das Englisch in diesem Buch ist auch sehr verständlich und kein Problem für jemanden der sich mit der Sprache beschäftigt.
