very peak, squishy area around the fingers is really nice, erasers last a long time. Very comfortable to use.

I bought these for my daughter who is in grade 3, she prefers mechanical pencils and has gone through a lot of brands. I am very impressed with the strength of the leads and the super comfortable silicone gel grip. They write beautifully and the writing is bold and clear. I will be purchasing more of these for us, a great product.

Ever since I was in Grade School I have been using BIC mechanical pencils. I only use traditional Wood Pencils for drawing/Sketch/Art. These BIC pencils are super cheap, and long lasting. These Velocity line lead pencils however are the best. The ergonomic design is more broad making and the gel grip extra comfortable. For those wanting to avoid tendon strain within your fingers, this particular type of BIC mechanical pencil is super comfortable compared to the more narrow BIC mechanical pencils. Now some people have their preferences when it comes to lead circumference size. Here I am sounding like a Nerd, but if you prefer 0.07mm this is your Pencil. It also comes with a supply of extra lead, eraser heads, in addition to the fact both mechanical pencils already contain three leads pre-loaded. Can't go wrong.

Love these pencils for my crosswords. The pen feels good in the hand. Nice grip. Erasers big for all the mistakes you might make. .
