This is an excellent Sushi kit. It is easy to use and will let you make professional sushi rolls.

The knife is incredibly blunt and useless ,thereโs no suchi Matt in the kit, it produces very big suchi chunks , and finally its not that easy and quick ,still hard to roll and finish, I do not recommend at all .

Cracked After Only a Few Uses
I used it 3 or 4 times and it worked well at first. However, when I used it a few days ago, I noticed cracks in the mold. Iโve always kept it stored in a cabinet, so Iโm not sure why this happened.
