Excellent insoles ! At first, when I opened the box and felt them with my hands, I thought they are going to be stiff, putting them in my shoes and working twelve hours a day on concrete.I need comfort well.I got to tell you, I am going to buy another pair of these for another pair of shoes.They are the best i've ever had, thank you so much for saving my day at work

These are by far the BEST insoles I have purchased without them being custom made. I have Plantar Fibromas and these offer good arch support while still having enough cushion that they don't press on the fibromas in my arches. I did not have to trim them, they fit perfectly in my wide width shoes. I wear a women's 9 to make room for orthotics. They are not overly thick so you don't risk rolling your ankles and it allows for more shoe options. I usually buy Clarks or Vionics because they are better shoes and have styles that allow for orthotics. These fit them quite nicely. The material is soft and nicely cushioned with appropriate firmness in the bottom layer to support a mid arch. They are also easy to wash. Like any insole, they will absorb odor if you don't wear socks.

My podiatrist recommended these insoles to me years ago for relief from pain in my heels from standing for hours on concrete. They worked wonders for that, and when I started having heel and arch pain in my right foot, I decided to try a pair for everyday use. They have made a world of difference. It hasn't been a week yet, but I already feel a big difference in the pain in my foot. I will be using these from now on in all my shoes.
