FIFTY-FIFTY

I have a 34oz water bottle that was custom etched with the logo from one of my previous military units and given to me 6 years ago when i left them. I love this bottle and use it every day - it goes everywhere with me. One of my kids used the straw as a normal straw a couple years ago, and she chews them, so it cracked on one end. No biggie - still worked if I put that end down. But the other weekend I was working in the garage when I knocked it off the bench and the handle broke when it hit the ground. I was crushed. I tried Super Glue, epoxy, anything I could think of to fix it since I figured there was no way I was going to find a replacement cap for a bottle made 6 years ago. Well I was wrong... Not only did I find this, but it has 2 straws with it! Fits just like the original, but now there's no bubbling sound from a cracked straw and loose spout! The only difference is that the spout tip on the original was rubber whereas this one is all plastic. Minor difference, and I'm just happy to have found a perfect replacement!

I purchased the straw lid for my 40 oz Fifty Fifty insulated water bottle and it works perfect! Easy to take on and off and I like how the straw disconnects for easy cleaning. The mouthpiece is rubberized, which is nice when using a larger bottle as they can be heavier and you run the risk of smacking the mouthpiece into your teeth. No leaks from the screw on part and no leaks when the mouthpiece is tucked down. If the mouthpiece is flipped up to open and you tip the bottle upside down, liquid will run out. The straws are perfect length for the 40 oz and I’m sure they can be cut down to fit smaller bottles.

I got the bottle for my husband, to keep in his car. I haven't thought about how dangerous could be for him to untwist the original cap to have a sip when driving. So this cap is great, as is just open and sip. Im happy cause it makes easier and safer for him to keep hydrated on the go ☺️

It's great that everyone is drinking more water, but c'mon, they Hydro Flask brand is ridiculously expensive. Although this is not a review of the water bottle, I did want to mention that the 50/50 brand is a dead ringer for the overpriced Hydro Flask brand and a fantastic value. I have a 40 oz. bottle and it's massive, probably should have bought a smaller one, but it's with me every day. Btw, I saw on Reddit that the 50/50 company is run by the wife of the Hydro Flask guy after they divorced. Thus the name. Not sure if that's true or not, but if it is, that's brilliant! The lid that comes with the bottle I purchased is worthless to me. I bought this to drink more water, so finding a lid specifically for drinking with a flip-up spout, by the same company as my water bottle was great. You can't beat the price and buying this was a "stupid easy" decision. The included straws were too long to fit in my massive bottle and this is probably by design. I attached the straw to the lid and went through a few fittings before I was happy with the straw length. I used a pair of scissors to cut the end, and I angled the cut so that if it was up against the bottom of the bottle, it would allow the last dredges of water up into the straw. The lid has an odd fit. I'm not quite sure how to describe it. I have to push down a bit on the lid when screwing it onto the bottle to ensure I'm engaging the threads. Once it's engaged, it fits really well. I screw it down until I hear the squeak that indicates the silicone gasket has engaged the water bottle. It never leaks. I can throw it in my car and never worry about anything leaking out of the bottle. Over all it's a great solution and a better value compared to anything Hydro Flask. Highly recommend their bottles too!

Perfect replacement. I carry my bottle with me around work everywhere and drop it sometimes. The little handle has broken twice. Good value and it’s not a bad idea to replace it every now and then.

Great product. SO glad I made this purchase. Their are so many different brands of vacuum sealed/insulated water bottles, it's insane. But the Fifty/Fifty bottles and accessories are priced great, which makes it that much better to buy them. Quality: this lid and straw combo is of great quality. It makes it super easy to grab your bottle and go. Plus, with the wider section to hold onto makes it easy to hold on to while hiking, walking, etc. The flip top is the best part! Because it is so easy to just suck and take a drink of your beverage. Unlike the screw top lid where you have to unscrew it, tilt it back (worry about ice sloshing around and hitting your teeth/lips), then screw it back on. Overall: great product and if you don't this flip top type of lid yet, you are missing out! This will make life easier. HIGHLY recommend!

I have a bottle that is fifty fifty brand and I’ve tried to use other brand’s tops like this because they were cheaper. Well they never worked right. The water wouldn’t come out of the straw. Or it would make a loud noise. It got to where it was like trying to drink a milkshake from In n Out. Impossible. I finally broke down and bought yet an other top, which was this one made by fifty fifty. If you have a bottle that’s made by a certain brand, my advice would be to get lids made by that brand as well. Even though the description says it will fit that size bottle, it really doesn’t work like it should. Glad I found a fifty fifty top that was made for my fifty fifty bottle. Works great.

I am obsessed with this product. It fits my wide mouth hydro flask perfectly and I love that it comes with an extra straw. It came quickly and was very easy to assemble. I found I had no problems with leaks or improper sealing ext. Mine is literally perfect. I Will be repurchasing if anything ever happens to this one.

The cap and straw works well with my 40oz wide mouth Hydro Flask. I prefer the cap with the single hole for your finger though. But this is as described. Thank you.

On the fence as I not to sure if I rather have a spout style cap instead of straw but it is a good product
