Hunter X2 4 Zone Sprinkler Controller, WiFi Compatible Sprinkler Timer

This l try duct works great! Easy to install and I’ve had it for a while now and no issues! Highly recommend along with the WI-FI adaptor that is sold separately.

Great price and works perfectly. Easy 1 for 1 swap out from my older hunter controller. Only thing I don’t like is that the battery back up is sealed and once it dies (5years) you’ll either have to keep programming they system everytime you loose power, run it manually, or update to the Bluetooth feature with probably cost more then the controller itself.

Good Sprinkler Controller for my 3-zone, smaller system. Its voltage range works for my valves. I could purchase a wifi connectivtiy adapter, which feels nice, although I don't need it. Seems Durable, and the Display is of good quality. The system was a good value and easy to set up.

Arrived promptly, easy to self install, and works great for 4 zones. Accepted the WiFi Wand after 3 tries, once i disconnected my hearing aids to connect Wand via Bluetooth. Reason I didn't give it 5 Stars is because it is replacing an identical unit that failed connecting to WIFi after 5 years. Looked problem up on Hunter and board failures in 3-5 years in hot AZ, TX, etc. Summers is common.

I had an older version of this sprinkler controller and upgraded it with this new version. Outstanding!

Seems easy to set up once you get through the initial setup. Reliable and consistent timer. Very precise and flexible.

Update: October 23, 2024 CONSUMER WARNING If you buy a Hunter product from Amazon, it is limited to 30 days return. There is no warranty on that according to Hunter. Even though Hunter industries is the Amazon store that you’re purchasing from if you called them for warranty service, they refer you back to Amazon and the 30 day return policy. Consider any purchase you make from Hunter store on Amazon to be good for 30 days because if it dies, you’ll be purchasing another one. Update October 19, 2024: Am still awaiting a definitive answer from Amazon on how to process a warrant replacement Getting the run around from Hunter saying I have to process that from Amazon and Amazon telling me to get it from Hunter. RIDICULOUS. Amazon is non responsive to contact for over week. Installed the unit in June 2024, replacing a 14 year old . Hunter Proc C that had lasted since 2010 - then the display dies in just 2 months. Checked voltage all perfect 110v and 24v at transformer.but screen is dead. Contact tech support they said it needs to be replaced and then doesn't include warranty replacement info. So awaiting an answer back on that.

It was a perfect replacement for the original, does all it’s supposed to do.

I bought it for using in my home country , and Although I’m using hunter for almost 15 years, but I was surprised to find that the power transformer was not working in this item , I had to replace it with a transformer from older machine that I had. and unfortunately , there is no direct contact with the seller.
