How do you pull the liquid into the pipette?

Liquid can be drawn into the pipette with a bulb. You could also insert the pipette into the liquid and seal the top with your thumb, forming a vacuum. Never draw the liquid into the pipette with your mouth.

Other than the length is there any diff between earthox's long serological 25 ml pipette and this standard length one?

There are no other differences. EarthOx's Serological Pipette 25ml - LONG is 338.9mm with a negative graduation of -10ml while the Standard Length pipette is 308.5mm with a negative graduation of -8ml.

If you were using this for beer making, could they be sanitized and reused a few times?

The serological pipettes are made of polystyrene and cannot be autoclaved.
