can you run with these? I'm interested in using these for paintball

The main purpose of these knee pads is to protect your knees while working on concrete and hardwood floors, construction work, flooring and carpet installations, welding, stocking shelves, gardening, cleaning, and more. However, they could be used for paintball as well. If you decide to give them a try, and they do not work for you, please reach out to us directly and we will be glad to assist you further.

Do these slip on hard surfaces?

Probably not. The gray outer shell layer is made of a softer, more rubbery TPR that keeps you from slipping and sliding. The grooves in the shell expel water, making it easier to keep steady on slippery surfaces.

Will these help me stay steady on slippery surfaces?

While our knee pads are tough and hard wearing, they are NOT non-slip. So if you’re on a slippery surface, use them carefully. (Need non-slip pads? Check out our flooring and roofing knee pads.)
