This thinner promotes excellent flow, and a smooth, even lacquer finish. Makes cleanup a snap! Special blend of solvents is specially formulated for use in nitrocellulose lacquers. Quart. Ideal for use with Qualalacq Sanding Sealer, and Qualalacq Lacquers. Can only be shipped by UPS Ground to addresses within the continental United States.
