How long is the handle on this mower? I have a tall(ish) 4.5 yr old and so many of these toy mowers seem too short for him.

Ok so the measurements say that this model is 22 inches high, which (I'm sorry to say) is about TWO FEET (not three). No offense meant, but in my experience most men can be a bit... overzealous when it comes to measurements. (Truth be told the description ACTUALLY states that this product is 16 inches high, but I believe that's an error, I do think it stands 22 inches high, which is indeed taller than most other models, by at least 2-3 inches.) I am purchasing this for my almost 4 year old, and I believe it will do perfectly. I hope this helps!

Does it make noise like a real lawn mower?

Yes, though obviously not as loud as the real thing. There are two different settings for the length of the engine noise; one is about 10 seconds long, the other is about 30 seconds long. It does not run continuously.

Is the handle big enough for a 8 yr old?

Depending on the height of your 8 yr old it might be too short. My 5 year old is 44 inches tall and it's perfect height for him right now.

How can i get a replacement wheel for childs lawn mower?

i am not sure, did not replace wheels; as of yet!!!!!
