I was uncertain about buying after reading the 1 star and 2 star reviews. But I am glad that I bought it. It is light weight, easy to assemble, well built and span of blade is also enough. The blade is soft and flexible enough and did not to leave strikes. I cleaned a few windows and I am satisfied with the product. I did have issues at few times when the rubber blade was not removing water on panes and that was because of the angle of the blade. The best part is that, the angle of the head of squeegee can be adjusted in any direction and that fixed the problem above. Hopefully the product will last. The price is reasonable too. I am glad that I saved good hard earned $$ on window cleaning. I would give 5 stars as of now - will change if I notice any issue.

I'm following up on my last review. The new squeegee arrived today. DSV has made substantial and significant improvements on this product. For me, the most significant improvement is the quality of the blade. The rubber seems to be of a more flexible compound and a thicker, more durable whiping edge. In the following pictures, I hope you can see the hardware and blade improvements. Note: on the new unit the handle is missing the twist to extend feature. The new head disconnects from the handle. This gives several options for length. The old style did also but not as many. Storage is easy.

It is a decent item, my only issue with it is when the item is the locking mechanism easily comes undone, meaning that the head while designed to be straight or angled left or right will move with little pressure. Overall the item worked as I needed it to.

Great for cleaning vehicle and home windows.

This is a fine window washer. It works as expected and seems to be of relatively good quality. The reason I marked it down is because I was looking for a washer that telescoped down to a short size so I could carry it in my vehicle. This was advertised as "telescoping" but the telescoping part only shortens it 4"! Not even worth making it do that. It's not something I can use as I intended, and it is falsely advertised. UPDATE: The seller has offered me a full refund because of my disappointment with how this telescoped, which is making me upgrade my review from a 1 to a 3.

Works great

Needed it for a lifted Jeep windshield. Now I constantly keep it in a partially filled bucket of cleaning solution to use on cars, house windows and glass patio furniture. Between the dust in AZ and bugs saves me lots of paper towels and window spray. After using it a while I now see that the rubber squeegee is not nearly as good as others that I have bought and used. Either the rubber is too soft of too hard but streaks are generally left behind regardless of cleaning the rubber edge.
