I can taste the difference in the sourdough.
I mixed a few grams into my sourdough bread making. I think I can taste the subtle difference. It’s great when you want to test out the barley experience before diving into the flour, I think.

Hard to find item - works as it should!
This stuff is hard to find! Amazon to the rescue! Make sure you look at the size of the package, as this one is really small. I'm using it for homemade bagels, and I might get two batches out of this package. If you want more - make sure you order the larger size package!

Bagel bonus
Doesn’t take much, but really keeps my bagel soft and fresh longer, and gives them a nice toasty brown color. Doesn’t affect the flavor of the bagels.

Delicious addition to hot cereal
I make our cream of wheat from fresh ground wheat berries but kinda missed the 'Malt-O-Meal' i grew up eating. A teaspoon of this is the pot every morning solve that problem. Delicious!
